
PAYMENT POLICY
- For prepaid, use Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit cards or our integrated digital wallets.
- To pay by Visa/MasterCard, enter your 16‑digit card number, expiry date, and 3‑digit CVV. For American Express, enter your 15-digit card number and 4-digit code.
- If money is debited but you don’t get confirmation, email care@buycare.in or call +91 72518 20884 with your transaction reference, order email/phone, and transaction date/time.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
- You’ll receive email & SMS confirmations when your order is confirmed and again when it ships (with tracking details).
- Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, varying by location; orders placed during sales may take longer.
- Track your order anytime via our “Track My Order” page or your account.
DELIVERY POLICY
- To protect you and our staff, deliveries may be delayed slightly as we follow strict hygiene protocols.
- Don’t accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with — contact customer care immediately.
- If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll investigate and resolve it as soon as we can.
- Report any shortages, wrong items, or damage within 24 hours of delivery —we’ll sort it out as soon as we can.
- We aren’t responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
- Delivery timelines (5–10 days) depend on your correct PIN code; we may pause shipping to some areas with advance notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel any order before it ships.
- Once an order is fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
- To cancel, check your order status in your account or contact customer care for help.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- For hygiene reasons, products are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, except in these cases (contact us within 24 hours with photos):
- Missing items
- Damaged, leaking, expired, or wrong products
- We won’t replace or refund if the product or packaging is tampered with, missing an invoice, or if you report after 24 hours.
REFUND POLICY
- We may request proof before issuing any refund.
- Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (you’ll get email/SMS updates).
