Domestic Shipping

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above ₹399/- anywhere in India.
  • For prepaid orders below ₹399, a shipping fee of ₹40 will be charged.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders. For COD orders below ₹399, a COD fee of ₹70 will be added. COD is free on orders above ₹399.
  • The cart value will be calculated after applying any discounts or coupons.
  • Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery may take 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. During festivals, strikes, or lockdowns, there may be processing and delivery delays.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional days.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If we receive a cancellation request before the order is processed, we will cancel it immediately. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • BuyCare reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or any unforeseen issue. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or recipient unavailability, any extra cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
