Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At BuyCare, we take utmost care to ensure that every product delivered to you is of the highest quality and in perfect condition. However, in rare circumstances, you may face issues such as:
- The product was damaged during transit
- A manufacturing defect
- Receipt of an incorrect product
In such cases, we will happily replace the product at no extra cost or issue a full refund, provided that the request is made within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that no returns or replacements will be accepted after this period unless it falls under the conditions mentioned above.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement:
- Email us at care@buycare.in with your Order Number and Reason for return/replacement.
- Kindly attach a clear image of the product, showing the batch number and invoice for verification.
- Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a product pickup within 4–7 business days.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact. Any product with broken seals, missing labels, or signs of improper handling will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days:
- For online payments (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking): Refunds will be credited to the same account. It may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect in your bank account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer based on the details you provide us through email.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements will be provided only for wrongly delivered or damaged products.
- The replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original condition with proper packaging.
- Opened or used products will not be eligible for return/refund.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not qualify for return.
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with details and supporting images.
